When I first started training with Marshall, I couldn't do 10 sit-ups. My cholesterol was through the roof and my blood pressure was out of control. After 6 weeks of training with Marshall 5 hours per week, I lost 17 pounds and got a healthy report from my doctor. I'm now training 2 hours per day at the gym with him. I pump out 100 sit-ups consecutively while catching and throwing a 12 pound medicine ball on an incline bench! I never thought that I would have so much fun working out and learning valuable self-defense skills at the same time.
